| Warning to all potential customers do not dismiss the negative reviews. Currently filing a consumer protection claim due to unfair practices. As a client of 6 years I'm saddened by the horrible customer service at Spectrum for its medical clients. Changed my address on my account without notifying me my order gets shipped to my old house. Told me I'd get my order replaced, destroyed the product when returned and kept my money. Said it was my fault for not double checking. Will be changing providers. | ||
