| Low review not beause the employees aren't fantastic but because they KEEP TAKING AWAY THE BINDERS. The Kiosks that the company wants customers to use barely function. Canna, give us the damn binders back or fix your dumb machines. As much as I love the Elite program and the employees you have, you're CREATING road blocks FOR your customers. Get it together. | ||

| Jess and Nick were both wonderful. Jess processed a return and repurchase for me of a horrible cart I'd bought, she was lovely to deal with - her customer service is next level. Nick had great product knowledge and experience to speak on the carts I was debating replacing the return with. 10/10 will be back | ||
