It's 4:20 Somewhere, High Level AB
Tried inquiring over the phone about whether or not they stock seeds. They told me they aren't allowed to disclose that information over the phone. I would have to come in. I found a website online after that alleges it carries a selection of their items. It didn't have a matching domain name for their business so I didn't know if it's useful information. Knowing they can't tell me about their stock, I called again to ask if their website is at all accurate, if I could expect any of the items online to be in the store when I go there or if it's actually even managed by the store themselves. They refused to give me any information and told me I would have to come in. I told them I live in La Crete so I don't want to drive to high level (110km away) to find out they don't have what I'm looking for. If they can't tell me anything useful over the phone, the least they can do is have a decent website that informs users that what they're looking for is in stock. For products carried by them as well as by Grandpa's finest in Fort Vermilion, I've noticed in store that the prices are much higher for certain items. The packs of milled flower for example are $3-$8 more for items in the $20-$30 range. The store's management policies in these aspects has given me a terrible experience overall and a feeling that there's no value in the customers that visit. It's not convenient, and from what I've experienced, it's far overpriced compared to Grampas finest. So not much point in an ..

Just had a frustrating experience trying to inquire about the selection or how I can find information about the stock at its 4:20 somewhere and the experiences I've had there prompted me to leave a lengthy, bad review. Thinking about how terrible it is, got me thinking about why I think so and it's because Grampa's Finest in Fort Vermilion provides such a superb experience. They have a large selection of cannabis products and accessories, a well curated and descriptive menu giving customers all the information they need to get the best product for their needs. The staff here at Grampa's are all friendly and eager to assist customers. They do cool things as well like offer a choice of a real cool sticker or two to customers, have fun draws and seasonal promotions. Not only does the menu provide a large assortment of high quality products, they are also the most competitively priced vendor in Mackenzie county. If anyone is close enough to have to choose between the stores in High Level and Grampa's in Fort, you'd be making a mistake by going to High Level. The only thing left to be desired here at Grampa's is a modern website that has information about their stock, and a selection of seeds for those who want to try growing for personal use. The website is only a function I really desire because I can spend almost 5-10 minutes a time in there staring at the menu and would prefer to do it on my phone instead. Store is a bit small but that's ok because the budtender in there had exactly what I wanted. I asked for an infused sativa PR and he suggested me a mango infused 3 pack. 50% THC and 6% terpenes. Very strong mango flavor and hit like a tsunami, took very little to do the trick. I started seeing it at other stores after and MH has the lowest price, beating some places by $4. Awesome choice for those with a high tolerance but aren't too into dabs I don't think there's a parking lot but there's a street right beside it with parking so you don't have to go far. My first visit was an great one and I will be back

Clean store, big selection and a neat layout. I got two extract infused pre-rolls. Well, I ordered two. One of the two pre-roll tubes that I received however was empty. Normally I would not deduct two stars from a stores rating over something out of their control (I know dispensaries don't take back opened products but I feel more can be done when the product isn't given, just the packaging) I called the store and spoke to the clerk I dealt with at the store and was told to call the number or visit the website on the tube. No effort was made to remedy the fact that one of their customers only received half their order. Disappointing, though the joint I did get was super fire with a cool reusable glass filter(in pics). Hopefully Spinach will be more helpful when I talk to them about the empty packaging, this is the first time it's happened to me and I was nervous to call Canna Cabana just thinking about how it might sound trying to replace a joint case I claimed came empty. I'll likely shake my pre-rolls before leaving the store in the future though just to avoid having to wait indefinitely for a replacement when someone already took my money

Good selection of buds, quite a few different options. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and there's cool smokeware as usual. Giving it 4 stars because the online menu seems to provide an inferior experience to other common dispensaries with a few more features. The terpene quantities aren't visible and it's somewhat difficult to filter and sort flower so you're still somewhat uncertain of the product you receive until you receive it. Actual store operation is excellent

Very nice store. They have a huge selection of pretty much everything. Edibles, smoke ware, buds, extracts, and they have a price match guarantee. Real good staff with helpful suggestions if you're unsure what you're looking for specifically out of all those options
