| Clean store, big selection and a neat layout.
I got two extract infused pre-rolls. Well, I ordered two. One of the two pre-roll tubes that I received however was empty. Normally I would not deduct two stars from a stores rating over something out of their control (I know dispensaries don't take back opened products but I feel more can be done when the product isn't given, just the packaging) I called the store and spoke to the clerk I dealt with at the store and was told to call the number or visit the website on the tube. No effort was made to remedy the fact that one of their customers only received half their order.
Disappointing, though the joint I did get was super fire with a cool reusable glass filter(in pics). Hopefully Spinach will be more helpful when I talk to them about the empty packaging, this is the first time it's happened to me and I was nervous to call Canna Cabana just thinking about how it might sound trying to replace a joint case I claimed came empty.
I'll likely shake my pre-rolls before leaving the store in the future though just to avoid having to wait indefinitely for a replacement when someone already took my money |
