Great location compared to the hideous Leila location. Staff actually treat you like a human being here, unlike Leila, who help others that arrived after you, and pick and choose who they want to help based off their ethnicity and give you ignorant looks.
This location is great, Easily layed out, and staff are readily available to help.
Only issue is the new staff member. He is a nice fellow, but lacked knowledge. He said he doesn't smoke flower, which is awesome! But can be difficult when I ask for opinions on product or how the effects are of the flower. He didn't bother to get any questions I had answered, unfortunately.
Other than that hiccup, this location is better by a long shot compared to Leila Ave. 🤙

Great store, wide selection of product! I have been shopping at this location since it opened. Unfortunately on Dec, 25/2024 I experienced extremely poor and ignorant customer service from the ladies tonight. They made me feel awkward and uncomfortable. They gave off the impression that they did not want to be at the store and that me being in the vicinity was a burden. The associate in the white and black striped shirt was rude and ignorant. I felt rushed to be honest. When I called to see if the store was opened today on Christmas, prior to making a trip down to the store, I was greeted with a rude attitude. The store felt like it had absolutely no foundation or management tonight. It was a weird uncomfortable experience.
It wasn't the first time with these particular associates and thought I'd bring it to your attention.
Anyways... I love the company. So I'll shop at a different location. Great prices and wide selection of product.
Edit: I received discriminating service from said employee many times. It's unfortunate to say the least. It's unfortunate that your employees help others that arrived at the store after me.
I tried to bring this to your attention, but you simply ignored me twice. What's the point of having customer service?
Anyways... I'll leave this here and stop trying to get this incident reported. Since nothing happens anyway. Great store, great deals, a few bad employees who ruin the experience unfortunately.

Terrible service at this location. The young man working on Tuesday, Dec 3/2024, was rude and ignorant. He made it seem like a burden that I was in the business at 11:05 am. He clearly doesn't know the meaning of customer service. When I finished with my decision on what product I wanted, he was still counting the morning float to open the register. When I asked for what product I wanted, he sighed and grabbed my product with a rude look on his face. I'm not waiting for you to count your float to process my transaction when I am paying on Debit. That process should've been done 15 minutes prior to opening the store.
I have been a customer since the store first opened. And that particular associate shouldn't be in a customer service sector.
He once tried to rush me out of the store because it was closing in 10 minutes. And that he was in a "rush". That's not the customers problem.
That being said, (All other associates are great and give top notch customer service)* each and everytime!
