| Terrible service at this location. The young man working on Tuesday, Dec 3/2024, was rude and ignorant. He made it seem like a burden that I was in the business at 11:05 am. He clearly doesn't know the meaning of customer service. When I finished with my decision on what product I wanted, he was still counting the morning float to open the register. When I asked for what product I wanted, he sighed and grabbed my product with a rude look on his face. I'm not waiting for you to count your float to process my transaction when I am paying on Debit. That process should've been done 15 minutes prior to opening the store.
I have been a customer since the store first opened. And that particular associate shouldn't be in a customer service sector.
He once tried to rush me out of the store because it was closing in 10 minutes. And that he was in a "rush". That's not the customers problem.
That being said, (All other associates are great and give top notch customer service)* each and everytime! |
