It is so great when a busines goes the extra mile when a customer has an issue and although they may not be able to offer refunds they go the extra mile and offer possible solutions.
It is so easy to sau "would you like to purchase another" and instead offer an aknowledgement and the benifit of accumulated expertise to offer potential remedies to the issue at hand.
Unfortunately, many busineses fail to offer the kind of gennuine engagement and empathy that brings customers back again and again, when all it takes is an extra mile to demonstrate appreciation for choosing to become a customer in the first place.
Very occasional and inexperienced consumer here. First time visiting Longbottom in the middle of a long drive and to pick something up for the weekend. Absolutely fantastic service. I didn't really know what I was looking for but the owner listened, patiently took me through a bunch of products and answered all of my questions. Another employee must have seen me park and actually opened the door for me when I arrived... Wow. Would give a 6th star if I could. Definitely recommend and will return!
Awesome local store! Plenty of parking, great atmosphere and pricing. The owner Tom is usually around, and always has time to talk with and educate his customers. Store hours are generous as well, never had an issue making it in before close.
Very knowledgeable bud-tender at Longbottom leaf , I was offered the best deal for what I was looking for and learn more about the product.
I will always stop in when in the area.
