| Very occasional and inexperienced consumer here. First time visiting Longbottom in the middle of a long drive and to pick something up for the weekend. Absolutely fantastic service. I didn't really know what I was looking for but the owner listened, patiently took me through a bunch of products and answered all of my questions. Another employee must have seen me park and actually opened the door for me when I arrived... Wow. Would give a 6th star if I could. Definitely recommend and will return! | ||
