| It is so great when a busines goes the extra mile when a customer has an issue and although they may not be able to offer refunds they go the extra mile and offer possible solutions. It is so easy to sau "would you like to purchase another" and instead offer an aknowledgement and the benifit of accumulated expertise to offer potential remedies to the issue at hand. Unfortunately, many busineses fail to offer the kind of gennuine engagement and empathy that brings customers back again and again, when all it takes is an extra mile to demonstrate appreciation for choosing to become a customer in the first place. | ||
