Amazing staff! They greet you the moment you walk in and you walk out feeling like you're gonna have a great day, super excited about what you bought. I'm never disappointed with the weed from flamingo whereas other places I would try it and it wouldn't even get me baked. Flamingo weed ALWAYS hits hard. They always have the best selection for disposable and refillable vapes, glass, bong cleaning accessories, candles, incense holders/sticks and anything else you could ever need. I've been helped by Egor, Brodie, Vadim, Carter, and Aidan here and they have all been extremely friendly!!! :) Best Canna business ever way better than any store I have ever been to!

Shout out to Jai-Lynn! I have been to this store many times and this was by far the absolute best customer service I've ever received. Very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out what I wanted and redeem a beautiful lighter with my points. All the other times I've tried redeeming something with points I was given attitude or excuses by others but she was exceptionally kind and patient. This is the type of service that makes people return to your store so I hope you commend her for doing an amazing job.
I am writing to file a complaint regarding a defective pre-roll purchased from your store on October 13th.
Upon returning home, I attempted to use the first pre-roll from my purchase and found that it was completely faulty it did not draw or light properly, indicating a significant defect (likely a manufacturing or rolling issue).
I immediately returned to the store and requested a refund.
I was informed that, due to the store's policy, they could not accept the used product back for a refund. While I respect the store's policy, I believe the employee failed to take the appropriate action to address a serious quality control issue. I requested that they take the defective item as proof and report the matter to the appropriate quality or regulatory authority, but the request was ignored. The employee simply advised me to record a video if I encountered another issue.
I subsequently used a second pre-roll from the same purchase, and while it functioned, the overall quality of the construction/roll was noticeably low.
My primary concern is not the refund but bringing to the attention of a higher official the need for quality assurance checks on the products being sold. The specific pre-roll I received was clearly defective, suggesting a potential issue with the batch or the supplier's manufacturing process. I urge you to investigate the quality and integrity of the pre-rolls currently on your shelves.
AIDAN AND HAYDEN ARE AMAZING! They're always SO helpful in finding all the products you need. Customer service is always 10/10. I would 110% recommend this place for any nicotine or THC needs :)
