​I am writing to file a complaint regarding a defective pre-roll purchased from your store on October 13th. ​Upon returning home, I attempted to use the first pre-roll from my purchase and found that it was completely faulty it did not draw or light properly, indicating a significant defect (likely a manufacturing or rolling issue). ​I immediately returned to the store and requested a refund. ​I was informed that, due to the store's policy, they could not accept the used product back for a refund. While I respect the store's policy, I believe the employee failed to take the appropriate action to address a serious quality control issue. I requested that they take the defective item as proof and report the matter to the appropriate quality or regulatory authority, but the request was ignored. The employee simply advised me to record a video if I encountered another issue. ​I subsequently used a second pre-roll from the same purchase, and while it functioned, the overall quality of the construction/roll was noticeably low. ​My primary concern is not the refund but bringing to the attention of a higher official the need for quality assurance checks on the products being sold. The specific pre-roll I received was clearly defective, suggesting a potential issue with the batch or the supplier's manufacturing process. I urge you to investigate the quality and integrity of the pre-rolls currently on your shelves.
