| Shout out to Jai-Lynn! I have been to this store many times and this was by far the absolute best customer service I've ever received. Very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me pick out what I wanted and redeem a beautiful lighter with my points. All the other times I've tried redeeming something with points I was given attitude or excuses by others but she was exceptionally kind and patient. This is the type of service that makes people return to your store so I hope you commend her for doing an amazing job. | ||
