Liam was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. I have gone to many cannabis stores. Liam is my far the most knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for being an amazing dude!! I love the edible recommendations I will be back to see Liam! This guy is always ALWAYS working!? Does he not get days off? Should consider giving this boy a raise.
I went in the other day to pick up an ounce, as I was about to ask for my favourite strain, the budtender then asked if I'd like a similar recommendation. I said yes because I was kind of curios, after he gave me the recommendation I kindly said no thank you and his demeanour took a compete 180. He became super passive aggressive and seemed to be mad that I didn't want to buy what he recommended. Then I had to ask for my receipt and he never said "have a good night" or anything type of goodbye, which is what every other employee has done since I started shopping there, he just went completely silent. This kid is new and I hope he can do better for future customers. Definitely hesitant to go back anytime soon
Came in with a defective product and was told by the staff that when I originally bought it, I would get a refund. Took it into this location and they told me that I had consumed all of it when clearly none of it had since it never burned properly to begin with. Giant waste of time and poor customer service.
To add to this review, value buds loyalty requests that I email them to explain the issue so I do just that. They tell me they're going to look into the issue and then proceed to ignore my reply and follow ups. Absolutely horrible customer service and customer support. Will never be going back to any value buds locations in the future.
HORRIBLE customer service.
I came in to return a defective product and was met with aggression and told I'd need to "prove" it by smoking it—seriously? I'd just driven there. Their next idea was to let staff "test it" themselves. The employee started to walk outside without the product until I pointed it out…. When other customers showed up, I was told to wait while they were served first. After ten wasted minutes, more customers kept arriving in store. I left frustrated and empty-handed. I won't be back.
10/10 service from Aeden and Trez! There was a very disgruntled customer who was beyond rude and treated them both with blatant disrespect as she was trying to return a broken vape. Trez handled it with grace and kindness regardless of the ladies attitude and condescending tone. It was awkward for everyone in the store to witness her behaviour. 0/10 stars for the customer.
