| HORRIBLE customer service. I came in to return a defective product and was met with aggression and told I'd need to "prove" it by smoking it—seriously? I'd just driven there. Their next idea was to let staff "test it" themselves. The employee started to walk outside without the product until I pointed it out…. When other customers showed up, I was told to wait while they were served first. After ten wasted minutes, more customers kept arriving in store. I left frustrated and empty-handed. I won't be back. | ||
