| Came in with a defective product and was told by the staff that when I originally bought it, I would get a refund. Took it into this location and they told me that I had consumed all of it when clearly none of it had since it never burned properly to begin with. Giant waste of time and poor customer service. To add to this review, value buds loyalty requests that I email them to explain the issue so I do just that. They tell me they're going to look into the issue and then proceed to ignore my reply and follow ups. Absolutely horrible customer service and customer support. Will never be going back to any value buds locations in the future. | ||
