You're Always Welcome At Canna Cabana!
Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.
Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and yes… even getting high!
After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling legal Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it).
Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Always the best service from Daniel! I often catch him when he's working alone on a busy day. He stays level headed and helps everyone. However I do hope to see more staff during peak hours to support him
Terrible customer service , have been trying to call the store for an update on my order but for 2 days it rings and goes to VM (which is full). I ordered for delivery, after my purchase I was told it will be shipped. Not what I wanted. So I contacted customer service and instead of trying to help me they kept giving me the run around (2 different times w/ different people). I would NOT recommend ordering anything online from them.
It's ok but I do not buy carts here anymore.. every other store gives an exchange no issues as they strive for success.. I've been a patron to this place since the day it opened and while I'm reading above that you seemed to want to help someone who had a burnt cart.. well mine was too . One of the staff members even tried it out outside for me said it tasted weird but couldn't do anything.. I tried to tell the manager a couple weeks later and she said you cannot do that anymore but I actually got a lady on recording last week after I heard her tell the employee that she has had exchanges before.. so I waited for her outside and pressed record on my phone and asked her . She said because she's a long time customer they help her. She even named the names of people who would and that person wouldn't for me despite knowing me as well.. Not sure what's longer than day one but I guess you don't wish for my money in that regard... Been buying carts up the street now ever since and although I've yet to have an issue I've been told they will 100 percent make it right
I've been slowly moving more of my business over there despite it being perhaps a tad more expensive on some items.. at least I don't have to sit and be angry looking at a 4 month old full cart that even looks not right.. and no one will do a thing
Not to mention they have new strains constantly where as canna is starting to lack that I find
Just remember folks.. every other place will help you with your cart ..
I've been supporting this businesses since the day they opened. Some of the staff are great and some of the staff are just a disaster.
I bought a cartridge last night (Feb 27). Got home and it tasted burnt. The company branding wasn't anywhere on the cartridge and it was missing a rubber seal. I went back within 5 min of buying and they told me they can't do anything and that's the end of it. I did buy another one to tide me over but that's the last time I come in this store. I've had to return 3 or 4 cartridges to different stores over the years and they've never even batted an eyelid to help. These guys did nothing. Useless.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Canna Cabana Beltline location in Calgary. I strongly recommend double-checking your orders when making online purchases, as there is a high risk of errors. In my case, they refused to fix an issue once I left the store, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, their return policy is extremely rigid and poorly communicated. Despite the fact that they keep customer purchase histories on file, they will not accept defective product returns unless you have a receipt—something they never disclosed at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, they pretended to call a manager, but it was clear nothing was being done to resolve the situation.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I've had. I will not be returning to this location, and I advise others to be cautious when dealing with their policies.
I won't visit the Beltline location on 11th anymore!!
