I am so livid writing this! I just finished doing my nails just around the corner and I walked past a short 5' guy that I believe works there (Indian) or so that was opening the door to this store just as i had realized it was a canna cabana store when i hurriedly asked him whether they were open then he went ahead and asked me rudely that " i don't know whether you have eyes to see i am opening it" and kept being rude while i literally stared at him in disbelief! What's with people in customer service jobs being so utterly disgusting and being mean unsolicited deemed acceptable?i mean you don't know me neither do i you so that was extremely uncalled for. He ought to be ashamed of himself; so displeasing to see this. I just been living here for 2 months and being meaning to locate this store when i just saw it and then this happens! I will not step foot here and ill take my money elsewhere🙄

I am very hapoy to use this store location and believe me JUAN IS A WONDERFUL manager and was able to help many times,
He trained most of his coworkers, he is really what you would think for the best

Canna Cabana is usually great, but this is consistently a bad location.
Their menus are HORRIBLE; doesn't take much effort to fix.
Today, I was 3rd in line and waited almost 15min to be acknowledged. After that, 2 of the items I asked for from the menu were sold out, and the only one left that I wanted was just moved to the "Elite Members Only" section.
Needless to say, I just left to a different location and won't be back here again. Very unfortunate.
The store manager at this location is incredibly friendly and has a wonderful customer service attitude! :) very helpful with any questions or knowledge with the available stock. They definitely deserve the best!
