I've been supporting this businesses since the day they opened. Some of the staff are great and some of the staff are just a disaster. I bought a cartridge last night (Feb 27). Got home and it tasted burnt. The company branding wasn't anywhere on the cartridge and it was missing a rubber seal. I went back within 5 min of buying and they told me they can't do anything and that's the end of it. I did buy another one to tide me over but that's the last time I come in this store. I've had to return 3 or 4 cartridges to different stores over the years and they've never even batted an eyelid to help. These guys did nothing. Useless.
