It was my first time as a customer of Canna Cabana. The service was probably the best I have ever received in a cannabis store. The store policies however remind me of days gone by asking a club door man why I have to pay a cover charge to go in and spend my money, it was much the same I was not able to buy the product I went in for because of the fact I did not pay $35 for a upgraded membership. Once again charging people for the right to buy products. It is anti capitalist to find reason to not make a sale. The pricing was nebulous and some products "not for sale". It will be my last visit as a customer to their stores.

Belle helped me today and shes always so good at knowing what I am there for, and pointing me to suggestions. I told her today I cant think, and she knows what I usually like and made a suggestion. I picked up a variety pack of infused joints, and they're great! Thank you Belle foe your kindness and professionalism.
Had a great experience! Love the extra security measures at the door. Makes me feel more secure. Both dudes tonight were SO helpful. It was like talking to friends. I'm pretty easy to shop for, said what ranges I'd like and they found a few options for me which i bought. Now that I'm home and I got to try my choices, they're all fantastic! Forgot to get the names but both very tall white dudes that were working tonight. They clearly knew their stuff, were able to juggle multiple customers yet still help each other out. The guy with all the screws in his bodies was my main helper and he was very knowledgeable as he knows what to take for pain. First time coming here, will definitely be back

The only reason why I'm writing this is because I was genuinely lied to.
I came on friday when they receive their order and unfortunately they couldn't put it out until they received everything. The staff said come back tomorrow (Saturday) so I did and they said they didn't receive the Solei drinks, no problem I'll try something else.
I come in today and the person I spoke to said they themselves stocked the fridge Saturday evening and sorry that they said that.
So basically inventory was in the back waiting to be put out either they just didn't want to help me or didn't want to put it out.
I think the staff need some more training.
