$350 Pax Flow stopped working after 2 months. Customer service rejected warranty claim because I removed the silicone mouthpiece after they instructed me to do it to verify the serial number even though they have record of my purchase.
They insisted it was my charger and after two weeks of trying to tell them it was the device they rejected my claim. It's supposed to have a 2 year warranty.
Terrible Customer service. Shady business practices by not honoring your own commitment/warranty to your premier product. Quality department needs to be audited as does your head of customer service.
This is how companies fail, by lying to your customer base and not being supportive after they invested $100's of dollars.
Claimed I signed up for a subscription service and began bombarding me with product. Two separate emails (dated 2/9 and 2/11) claimed that I was fine and that the subscription was ended. The product keeps coming. CONSUMER BEWARE.
Update: After 3 help tickets on the website someone wrote back and offered a replacement under the warrantyperiod. It took less than 2 weeks after I returned the faulty one to get a new one. I am nervous the replacement will be the same because it did the same error after the first full charge before the first use but worked on the second try. I hope it doesn't stop working like the last one. The pull on the flow is superior to the pax 2. It's also easier to clean. But so far the pax 2 has been far more reliable.
Original post: Pax Flo won't work. I get an error blinking light pattern that is not in the manual. I also can't get the website to register my serial number for warranty. I submitted 2 help tickets via their website. They email back asking questions I already answered and then never emailed back after I replied. I tried calling and there is NO customer service via phone. There's a recording and no VM option. They direct you back to their website help portal that again, was no help. I have a $350 paperweight. LIVID. If someone anyone at PAX can help me I would still greatly appreciate it. I've used a PAX 2 for years and have been a loyal customer. This absolute lack of support is frankly shocking for such an expensive purchase. See video attached for legit error, non functioning device that I have owned less than a month.
Tried the Pax Mini, not a good product. Oven is too small, and the lack of temperature control makes it totally impractical. Tried to return it soon after, they won't take it back. Don't buy from these people.
I have been emailing the PAX support team today as my PAX 3 stopped charging while I may have received an automated response to begin with but I'm not sure. it does make sense for 1st line fixes I think. After emailing back to say I tried these I received a prompt reply and was asked to clarify some easy details like proof of purchase so make sure you keep that or photograph or screenshot it and a pic of the serial number address and phone number for shipping and I have been told my PAX will be here in 5-7 days and I'm in the UK so that's great really. Thank you PAX team for your continuing support! I look forward to receiving my new device ðŸ˜
