| $350 Pax Flow stopped working after 2 months. Customer service rejected warranty claim because I removed the silicone mouthpiece after they instructed me to do it to verify the serial number even though they have record of my purchase. They insisted it was my charger and after two weeks of trying to tell them it was the device they rejected my claim. It's supposed to have a 2 year warranty. Terrible Customer service. Shady business practices by not honoring your own commitment/warranty to your premier product. Quality department needs to be audited as does your head of customer service. This is how companies fail, by lying to your customer base and not being supportive after they invested $100's of dollars. | ||
