| I have been emailing the PAX support team today as my PAX 3 stopped charging while I may have received an automated response to begin with but I'm not sure. it does make sense for 1st line fixes I think. After emailing back to say I tried these I received a prompt reply and was asked to clarify some easy details like proof of purchase so make sure you keep that or photograph or screenshot it and a pic of the serial number address and phone number for shipping and I have been told my PAX will be here in 5-7 days and I'm in the UK so that's great really. Thank you PAX team for your continuing support! I look forward to receiving my new device 😁 | ||
