I ordered CBD oil from Aphria for years and then recently they changed their bottles so that they don't seal properly and the bottles arrive covered in oil. The stoppers in the bottles fall out when you try to get oil out so you have to make sure you're holding the stopper in place or the whole bottle dumps out. I called customer service to let them know that my product arrived covered in the oil. They refused to do anything about it. Very poor customer service and defective packaging.
What an experience! In Aphria you learn about 'workflow' and 'teamwork'. I loved the synchrony of work and how things blends together to produce a quality product packed in luxury. I would like to thank our managers for the continuous support and training we've got. Thank you Miss Lindsay, Mr. Matt and Mr. Anthony. Thanks to all my coworkers for their encouragement. Aphria.....forever the best.
