Linalool, Myrcene, Pinene, Limonene |
Limonene (
Lemon Citrus Sweet) provides a sweet lemon smell. Citrus fruits are loaded with limonene, and it's commonly extracted for use in foods, cleaning products and cosmetics. It is believed to have the potential to improve mood and relaxation, and has been known to help reduce tumor size.
Linalool (
Floral Spice Herbal) is found in lavender and is most responsible for the recognizable marijuana smell. The rich floral scent with just a taste of spice makes it a popular choice for aromatherapy, especially as a scent that helps with sleep and relaxation.
Myrcene (
Musk Earthy Spice) is the most prevalent terpene in cannabis, characterized by earthy, musky, and spicy clove-like aromas. It is renowned for its sedative properties, making it ideal for relaxation and sleep (eating a mango 45 min. before smoking will increase THC effect). Beyond cannabis, myrcene is found in mangoes, hops, and lemongrass, offering anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and muscle-relaxant benefits.
Pinene (
Pine Earthy Herbal) smells like pine trees, with a hint of rosemary. A relatively common terpene also found in rosemary, orange peels, basil and parsley. It has been studied for a variety of positive effects, including helping with focus and respiratory inflammation.
Terpenes are fragrant oils naturally secreted in cannabis, including other plants, fruits and herbs. They are the organic compounds that give each strain of cannabis its unique aroma, flavour and effects. These oils have been used for centuries in medicine, natural remedies and food.
Headband dried flower by High Tide is a sativa-dominant hybrid of OG Kush and Sour Diesel from High Tide in southern Ontario. Its buds are compact and relatively uniform, and its terpenes include linalool (which is also in lavender), myrcene (commonly found in mango and hops), pinene (in many herbs, such as rosemary, basil and dill) and limonene (also found in juniper), with a very strong THC potency. Available in dried flower form.

Had a scheduled interview that was changed without my notification twice. Through emails, I'm being called a liar and when I gave my specific availability, again they went over my head and made their own choice. I wouldn't recommend attempting the phone screen process or even work for this company. It's disrespectful, disgraceful, and disgusting that they treat applicants this way… I passed on my interview because of this and will be speaking to higher authorities
If I could rate High Tide a zero I absolutely would. They own Canna Cabana, and are responsible for Cabanas outrageous incompetence. and I can only image how many other people went through this clown show.
If Canna Cabana is the storefront, then Hide Tides Inc., its parent company, is the architect of this mess—and both deserve equal blame for the chaos.
I paid for an Elite membership that doesn't work in stores. Four days of silence from technical support. Customer service parroting the same copy-pasted script like a broken chatbot. No refund. No resolution. Just vague promises that "technical support will fix it soon"—three days ago.
And let's talk about that 25% off coupon plastered across their website. If it's not guaranteed, then it's not advertising—it's deception.
That's a direct violation of Canada's Truth in Advertising laws, which prohibit misleading promotions. You don't get to dangle flashy discounts to lure customers in and then shrug when they ask for what they paid for.
This isn't just poor service—it's systemic negligence. Hide Tides can't hide behind the brand. They own it. They profit from it. And they're responsible for the broken promises, the lack of accountability, and the erosion of customer trust.
Do not work here! They pay well, but be ready to be used and abused. I worked for the company for 5 years, and moved all the way up to management. In the beginning with the training program it was amazing 🤩 and I learned all the sales strategies I needed to be successful. However our higher ups within the company care more about expanding stores vs expanding upon their amazing/original! training program, I would not recommend working here.
Amazing!
