Non-existent customer service, they ignore you and only get one unrelated copy and paste answer then nothing. Been getting over a thousand dollars worth every month for last three years as a thirty year retired veteran and they ignore me.
I don't generally like to report negative reviews on businesses but I have to in this case because dealing with Cannabis Aurora was certainly one of the worst companies that I had the misfortune to deal with. I ordered a product from them under a doctor's prescription specifically a cannabis delivery system. It took me 9 days to finally reach them and when I did I told them that part of the item was defective. It was a $10 item which they asked me to photograph including all of the Boxes Etc that came with it and then told me that I would go under investigation. You got to be kidding. In any case a week later without a call from them I followed up again the force the issue. It took him another week before I finally got a credit. Then it took them almost 10 days before I finally received a replacement. In any case by that time Deuter the defective battery in the system it had consumed all of the liquid cannabis in the cartridge. When I called them and ask them for a credit since it was a defective part that consumed all of the product they denied the credit. I would advise all the people out there letter seeking cannabis related products not to deal with these people since they're not really interested in your best interests just their own profit margins. In this case I would definitely stress caveat emptor. Buyer beware!!
This has been the most disappointing stock in the cannabis sector. So much hype and so many acquisitions. The rich shareholders at the top are using this stock as a playground to the detriment of the rest of us ordinary investors. So many trades every day and it has trouble holding onto $8.00 a share with only months to legislation. The only way to make money on this stock is to own a hundred thousand shares and play with a few dollars. Even with purchasing Cannimed and Medreleaf it is a pathetic stock. When Aphria made an acquisition it went up 70 cents. Greedy owners who don't give a damn about it's shareholders control the ball.
Product quality has gone downhill. You have to buy 5 grams at a minimum, so if the product doesn't work for you you are stuck with it.
One bonus is quite a few of the products I have purchased have had seeds in them. Free starting materials with some orders.
