wont do a refund for a product that isnt even working ( a vape that wont hit) , for a customer that has been there every week for years...I will spend my 500-1000$ a month elsewhere. Went in to tcann and got 1 of every tribal cart

Never had a problem with this place until they started hiring prejudice workers that have no excuse for not accepting status cards, management did completely nothing about it, and pricing for products are always different with whoever is working. Some don't charge tax, some say it's mandatory, they make up rules on the spot.
Pretty good store. Got what you need. They used to carry lots of craft stuff (organnicraft, woody Nelson etc) but seem limited to most generic brands now. The other store in town got bought out by sndl/hightide so when in Fort I'd much rather support a local either way. Hopefully they can bring in some good craft for summer. Cheers
I'm from Tbay and I got a cart from D LBS ended up costing me less than at J.Co tbay... not that JCo is cheap but Fort is way more remote! Had to get me one!Friendly staff! Super clean store...will be back when in Fort 💯
