Omg. I'm a cannabis enthusiast and have reputation as very knowledgeable in cannabis. I was looking for something specific as my mood was poor. This guy! Read perfect as to what I needed! Great recommendation, a strain I had last year but had forgotten about!

Fellow Bownesian and long-time-loyal return business customer of Bow Cannabis, which has had "usually" really solid service and product. HOWEVER, tonight was a different story. I would've purchased a brand new bong, some accessories and an high-quality Oz of Indica tonight… but the worker on Nov 20th, 2025 at 10:50PMish, locked the doors "at the very least" 10 mins early and when we approached the door, they quite literally darted to the backroom and immediately shut off the lights, we stood there for approximately 1 min before leaving. The staff, already had their jacket and backpack on too… Disappointing.
This is not a good sales practice and your posted hours of operation are important to your clientele. Tuesday-Saturday's you are supposed to be open until 11PM. Unfortunately the $200+ sale was lost to Canna Cabana. I conduct myself as a professional, I expect the same from the places I frequent, I think that's a fair expectation.
If the Owner or Manager would like to recover my business and rectify the situation, feel free to respond to this review and reprimand the employee somehow, so that other clients do not face similar issues. Check the Cameras if you doubt my claims and verify my extensive purchase history using my digits 7626. My boy Kai, let me tell you about this man, always has a smile on face with a super welcoming energy, I've gotten to know him coming in over the years and it's always a pleasure to deal with him, not only does this man know his shit, he knew what i wanted before I even knew what i wanted, which only speaks to his ability to relate and understand the customers needs. Top shelf service from a top notch man.
