I'm a regular customer. I purchased 2× 1g Thumbs Up pre-rolls, one sativa and one indica, as I usually do. When I got home and opened the package, I found that the sativa pre-roll was incorrect and was actually only 0.5g. When I returned the next day, they refused to exchange it for the correct amount. Always open your pre-rolls on the spot to avoid this kind of scam.
