The night started with plans to celebrate my birthday with a lovely meal, the night had other plans for us. With negative 30 temps, making our way on foot to an alternative restaurant was not an enjoyable experience. With full belly's, we began our botanical scavenger hunt, with The Fire & Flower sign lighting the way. Sean/Shean/Shawn greeted us with knowledge of the specific ingredients we were searching for. While initially the herb we requested was not available, Shawn eased the moment by sharing in a laugh and suggesting alternatives herb that would satisfy our needs. 10/10 would recommend. Be more like Sean/Shean/Shawn π

I'm a regular customer. I purchased 2Γ 1g Thumbs Up pre-rolls, one sativa and one indica, as I usually do. When I got home and opened the package, I found that the sativa pre-roll was incorrect and was actually only 0.5g. When I returned the next day, they refused to exchange it for the correct amount. Always open your pre-rolls on the spot to avoid this kind of scam.
The service was perfect!! I'll come back just because of the hospitality of the two employees!!

The inside of this store is very well kept. Very sleek and modern style. Workers are very helpful in finding what you want and if your not sure they always have good suggestions. Prices are kinda higher then some other places I go to but not by much. A very pleasant store to visit.
