Friday Jan 16 2026 placed online order miscommunication made customer wait outside for more than 30 minutes when customer calls the store a girl working at 19:20 picks up the phone and clearly is having a bad day. Disregards and calls manager. Manager doesn't want to identify him or her. I'm a customer for 4 years spending hundreds weekly. This team and specifically this female team member have always been like this. High off their behinds laughing in our faces. Such a shame great store but the poorest customer service I've ever faced. The weather is a factor ! What's not is your rudeness, little girl.
