Chris THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🫡 A little late to post this review but I had an issue with a defective Palmetto pen I originally got from Toronto but couldn't exchange it anywhere in Brampton even after I got the runaround at a couple locations. Chris at the Spadina Value Buds came through heavy. He understood the situation, called the Brampton store himself, and got the exchange approved in minutes. Professional, efficient, knows his job.
