| I've been to several Value Buds locations, but this one was easily the worst experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff (Kristen) showed zero professionalism. She singled out my friends and me for not waiting at the door, while completely ignoring another customer who did the same thing. On top of that, she acted like she didn't even want to be there — slow, dismissive, and full of attitude. We asked for items clearly listed on the board, and she took several minutes to "look for them" only to tell us they weren't available — twice. The entire interaction felt unwelcoming and careless. Definitely won't be coming back to this location. |
