Most of the time I don't have any issues. This last time I went (11/19/25 around 10:30pm) I bought a quarter for roughly $30, but when I got the product home and opened it, it looked like there was only about 2.5/3g in the bag. I could see the bottom of the bag even though I had just opened it (I have pictures I took right after opening the bag.). It was too late to call the store when it was opened so wasn't sure what to do. Anyways, hopefully next time I get the correct amount I'm paying for/get the amount that is listed on the bag.
I'm not really one for bad reviews but I send my boyfriend just now into the store for a 3.5 for 15$ it's a deal that GORDON st has posted online as on sale and then the guy tells him we have nothing like this. He came out and I said fine get 2 pre rolls which he wound up getting and I went back and checked again there it is ..online and in stock on Gordon Street how do your employees smoke so much weed they can't even check before telling a customer no and wasting their money? They get an incentive for pushing the weed they want. Don't be fooled.
I've been to several Value Buds locations, but this one was easily the worst experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff (Kristen) showed zero professionalism. She singled out my friends and me for not waiting at the door, while completely ignoring another customer who did the same thing. On top of that, she acted like she didn't even want to be there — slow, dismissive, and full of attitude. We asked for items clearly listed on the board, and she took several minutes to "look for them" only to tell us they weren't available — twice. The entire interaction felt unwelcoming and careless. Definitely won't be coming back to this location.
It was my first visit to Value Bud and I'm so glad Jen was there! She guided me to the right spot for the product I wanted and even suggested a few great options. I'll definitely be signing up for the membership to enjoy all the perks.
I Just love this place! Great prices and specials. And of course super product inventory. And the staff are incredible. So kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I especially love Jenn and Laura, they've never steered me wrong and always gave me the best deal for what I was in the mood for. 💜💚
