| My five stars are for the amazing staff who consistently provide excellent service, except for one individual. I believe he's a manager that recently joined and unfortunately, every interaction I've had with him has been the complete opposite of what good customer service should be.
He's consistently come across as annoyed and dismissive, making me feel rushed, to the point where he didn't even ask if I had an account (which I do — and had to remind him of, multiple times to which he rolled his eyes).
His attitude kind of stands out in a bad way in contrast to the welcoming and professional team.
Again, the rest of the staff is amazing and I have no complaints. They're always nice to me and the other customers around! |
