Great store, but I came at 6pm and they were closed for a 30 min break!! Why are there not more staff onsite so they don't have to close to customers. Not a good customer experience or a good way to run a business. 10 people tried to get in while I waited for 10 min. I went somewhere else that was actually open.

My five stars are for the amazing staff who consistently provide excellent service, except for one individual. I believe he's a manager that recently joined and unfortunately, every interaction I've had with him has been the complete opposite of what good customer service should be. He's consistently come across as annoyed and dismissive, making me feel rushed, to the point where he didn't even ask if I had an account (which I do — and had to remind him of, multiple times to which he rolled his eyes). His attitude kind of stands out in a bad way in contrast to the welcoming and professional team. Again, the rest of the staff is amazing and I have no complaints. They're always nice to me and the other customers around!

Both Natalies in this store are freaking awesome. 20/10. Really good Natalie. If you come in and there's no Natalie, I think it's best to leave immediately. This place should never be Natalie-less. I'm always smiling when I see one or both Natalies in the store. It really means a lot to me. Now look at my cat. Thank you!
