| Of all the cannabis stores I've been to this one is the absolute worst. The way out system is setup in Ontario stores really only have two ways to stand out from their competition: cost and customer service. Their prices and selection is great. Their staff, however, is the worst. Due to convenience of location I've kept going back. Never again. During the height of COVID measures when you were required to wait in the small entranceway, I over heard one staff member tell a customer who was being flirtatious that she liked making customers wait and takes her time because "some people need to be taught to be patient" she hadn't realized myself and another gentleman were waiting there as she said this. The very round woman with coloured hair (was green at the time) who works their is incredibly rude and completely useless. Twice I've gone in the morning and the store has not been opened despite being sitting their posted operating hours. I've placed an online order for pickup, they called to inform me they couldn't fulfill the order, yet charged me anyway and I had to initiate a chargeback to resolve the issue. So yeah, Canna Cabana has the best prices and great selection but this location seems to have someone who is a horrible judge of character in charge of hiring. I highly recommend using their other location. The store on Barton has always been a pleasure to visit. I go out of my way to go their instead. Rymal location is wonderful too, very friendly. | ||

| It is fine, I suppose. But it is the only Cannabis store of the 4 within a KM of my home which made me leave my well-behaved and well-trained small dog outside. The lady said it was because of a recent incident no dogs are allowed. Whatever, that is their right. But I am going to take my business to the other stores close by that are friendlier and encourage me to bring my dog in. | ||

| This store is awesome. Good prices, especially on their bongs and other accessories. I actually go out of my way to go to this location rather than the Ancaster location due to the round lady that works at the Ancaster store. She doesn't like herself and takes it out in the customers. I'll never go back to Ancaster location because rymal location is so friendly and helpful. | ||

| Updating a previous harsh review: Prices have gotten better since opening. The staff are amazing. They are always very kind to me and my dog and very helpful if I have any questions. They won't be as cheap as CC, but they are friendlier and more helpful. To be that is worth paying a little more for. | ||
