| Of all the cannabis stores I've been to this one is the absolute worst. The way out system is setup in Ontario stores really only have two ways to stand out from their competition: cost and customer service.
Their prices and selection is great. Their staff, however, is the worst. Due to convenience of location I've kept going back. Never again.
During the height of COVID measures when you were required to wait in the small entranceway, I over heard one staff member tell a customer who was being flirtatious that she liked making customers wait and takes her time because "some people need to be taught to be patient" she hadn't realized myself and another gentleman were waiting there as she said this.
The very round woman with coloured hair (was green at the time) who works their is incredibly rude and completely useless.
Twice I've gone in the morning and the store has not been opened despite being sitting their posted operating hours.
I've placed an online order for pickup, they called to inform me they couldn't fulfill the order, yet charged me anyway and I had to initiate a chargeback to resolve the issue.
So yeah, Canna Cabana has the best prices and great selection but this location seems to have someone who is a horrible judge of character in charge of hiring. I highly recommend using their other location. The store on Barton has always been a pleasure to visit. I go out of my way to go their instead. Rymal location is wonderful too, very friendly. |
