| purchased a thc vape and it only worked once and couldnt get it working again so I brought it back and no refund yet, must send off for verification. I must wait for a response between 3-5 days. So why does this refund issue take so long to rectify? All other stores provide an instant refund if something doesnt work as expected and you can immediately purchase again but not peace pipe. You must wait until you get a response....this is not good business sense | ||

| I asked how much raw papers were and I was told $2 so I bought two of them along with my other purchase. Upon my return, I looked at the bill and was charged $3 each for them so I called them and was told that I am a liar as the price is clearly on the box. I then stated, "why would I ask the price if that was the case?" She told me I cannot get any refunds on cannabis purchases. I then said it is not cannabis as these are papers. She said nothing she can do. Totally Unbelievable. I then said that if the price of $3 was actually visible, then I wouldnt have purchased them as everywhere else, sells them at $2 each or less!!! Its my first and last time at the store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and there WASNT A PRICE DIRECTLY ON THE BOX OR I WOULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR THE PRICE! I am sure after my complaint, you added a price to the box. My request for a return and refund was REFUSED! Just a warning for future patrons! | ||
