| Im giving 4 stars because this location is usually great and the prices are great. The guy with the long hair is patient and informative. However, I docked a star because when I went in today, still sitting in parking lot while I write this actually, there was a girl filling out the board and the guy had a line up with 5 of us in it. You guys actually lost a customer due to the wait time, he just said screw it and walked out. Maybe it should be explained to the girl that customers come first and that in these situations she needs to stop filling out the board and assist, especially when shes filling out "coming soon" products that can obviously wait 5 minutes so she doesn't lose the location money and doesn't frustrate her clients. I dont mind waiting but when there's a way around it it irritates me. | ||

| The place itself was really cute. The big open window and white board made it feel really open and sunny. 2 stars because I went there and didn't see all the product in the store due to my eyes being drawn to the wall size whiteboard- I wanted a higher CBD vape tip-asked if they had any other options of said product as the one option on the board was pretty low and was told no. I settled on a product and then noticed another option for a MUCH higher CBD percentage product on the way out the door. It was on a picture size whiteboard, on an easel, in the corner. I asked if the product was still available and was told yes. I asked if I could change my buy and was told no! Unfortunately they are unable to do exchanges or refunds! Their system won't allow it. I'm not interested in arguing so I didn't bother to find out if that was a lie out of laziness or because the product I bought was worth more than the product I wanted. Lmao On top of that, my brother has gone twice. One time the debit/credit machine was down, was down for a while too according to the employees. I wonder what would've happened if he hadn't told them they should call the manager as they're losing business.The other time the vape crystallized in a day. | ||
