Im giving 4 stars because this location is usually great and the prices are great. The guy with the long hair is patient and informative. However, I docked a star because when I went in today, still sitting in parking lot while I write this actually, there was a girl filling out the board and the guy had a line up with 5 of us in it. You guys actually lost a customer due to the wait time, he just said screw it and walked out. Maybe it should be explained to the girl that customers come first and that in these situations she needs to stop filling out the board and assist, especially when shes filling out "coming soon" products that can obviously wait 5 minutes so she doesn't lose the location money and doesn't frustrate her clients. I dont mind waiting but when there's a way around it it irritates me.
