| Renewed elite membership, elite pricing was not applied to my elite purchase on the same transaction as it normally would be. I asked my husband to pick up a 14mm male banger w a 45° angle and the website said there were 10 -TEN- of them in store between 2 brands (famous + valiant).. the employee said they didn't have any. Not a single one. But didn't check the system - a common issue with this location. I don't understand having so many employees that don't know how to find products they sell regularly and also refuse to look things up in the system. Please do better guys. | ||

| Hey guys, since the store reopened there's no online menu showing up for Stadium Mall location on the VB website. There is however a menu for the permanently closed King West location! Someone messed something up there and thought you folks should know so you can hopefully get things rectified asap 🙏 I usually have my husband stop in with a list but he cant really shop on my behalf, he'll have to stop in at Maple Mews for me until things are fixed lol I'd rather spend the $ at this location (even though it seems like some or all of my favourite employees got fired 😭 not cool dudes) | ||
