Renewed elite membership, elite pricing was not applied to my elite purchase on the same transaction as it normally would be. I asked my husband to pick up a 14mm male banger w a 45° angle and the website said there were 10 -TEN- of them in store between 2 brands (famous + valiant).. the employee said they didn't have any. Not a single one. But didn't check the system - a common issue with this location. I don't understand having so many employees that don't know how to find products they sell regularly and also refuse to look things up in the system. Please do better guys.
