| When I picked up my order, it was accurately filled out and given to me in an opaque plastic bag. The showroom had a fascinating selection of smoke-ware, ready-to-plant cuttings, and CCTV feed of the high security grow-room. The staff member was professional & answered my questions. 2 major criticisms: their online order form has erratic pick-up time options. I also called their support number over 2d ago… and got no response. Please improve your telephone support. | ||

| The store layout is logical and the big-screen TV shows quirky videos, like Bob Ross (painting happy trees). My only regret is that they don't carry Glenn's product line (I appreciate the detailed chemical breakdown of its psychoactive compounds). M**, you know your product line and I enjoy our lighthearted chats. | ||
