When I picked up my order, it was accurately filled out and given to me in an opaque plastic bag. The showroom had a fascinating selection of smoke-ware, ready-to-plant cuttings, and CCTV feed of the high security grow-room. The staff member was professional & answered my questions. 2 major criticisms: their online order form has erratic pick-up time options. I also called their support number over 2d ago… and got no response. Please improve your telephone support.
