Competitor had 100% sativa. Of course I chose that. They had their research done and documented. Will be going there again. | ||

| My experiences have been good, normally. This time I can't figure out wth happened. I asked for organic because in this industry, the growing facilities don't flush their flower plants to create faster revenue and margins. Leaves a nasty taste and the burn isn't good. So, I was given one indica and one sativa. I expressly asked for no cones and as pure as possible. What I got was actually nonsense. The sativa was a 60/40 sativa and a hybrid, and puts me to sleep. Not a good thing for a daytime smoking experience. Before I tore the seal, I did go back, half hour after purchasing, and the gent wouldn't even exchange the product. I was asked my name at time of purchase so I should've been in the system. Told no I can't exchange even though I wasn't given a receipt. So, I was given cones when expressly asked for straight joints. The product wasn't as good as I was told, and very disappointed with the products sold to me this time. | ||

| Wasn't happy, both times. I was shown their best, and I chose poorly. Don't think the product was flushed before harvest, as the ash is black and crusty, not grey and delicate, and would not tap off into the ash tray. Would not stay lit either. Response to reply... Thank you I appreciate, and commend you for the good faith, and willingness to make it better. I'm tempted to accept, and still understand the situation. I'm not sure if this would make any difference concidering the last purchase was similar in nature. Most likely due to the government program of not really caring how they get their share of this art and hard work it actually takes. I'm reminded of a saying... just because I can pound a nail, doesn't make me a carpenter. Thank you very much for the offer, this kind of complaint should fall at the feet of the regulators. Thanks again. | ||
