| Wasn't happy, both times. I was shown their best, and I chose poorly. Don't think the product was flushed before harvest, as the ash is black and crusty, not grey and delicate, and would not tap off into the ash tray. Would not stay lit either.

Thank you I appreciate, and commend you for the good faith, and willingness to make it better. I'm tempted to accept, and still understand the situation. I'm not sure if this would make any difference concidering the last purchase was similar in nature. Most likely due to the government program of not really caring how they get their share of this art and hard work it actually takes. I'm reminded of a saying... just because I can pound a nail, doesn't make me a carpenter. Thank you very much for the offer, this kind of complaint should fall at the feet of the regulators.
