| Horrible customer service by the lady that works at this place. I asked her to see if they had a product in stock. She told me that they have never carried that before But I buy it there all the time. I asked her if she could just simply look and see, and she yelled at me and refused to look. And then would not help me find anything else and have no recommendations on something similar. She was rude, unkind, and very unhelpful. She had no knowledge on their products and was not able to help in anyway. I left that store and drove up the hill Where Dawson Was extremely helpful kind And had so much knowledge and recommendations. He was amazing at his job and extremely helpful I recommend going to the other location in Cochrane and asking for Dawson Instead of going to this location. THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT SENCE IT WONT LET ME RESPOND TO YOU… Since it won't let me respond to your comment, I'm going to add to my original review so people can at least see what I have to say. I find it very hard to believe that you watched the footage on your cameras Because I never gave you a date that this happened if you're going off of the date that I posted this review that would not be correct. I never mentioned the day that this happened nor have you reached out to ask me about it. The other point I have to say is that you have no idea who I am or what I look like you wouldn't know what customer or interaction to look for on your camera cameras. So I find this to be a .. | ||

| I give five stars to Dawson that works at this location.he is the most amazing and helpful guy there is. He kind, Helpful And has so much knowledge. He gives the best recommendation and always knows how to help you out. I do want to say, though that it is sad to not see him there as much these days. I had heard that his hours got cut, and that is very sad to see such a great employee and asset to their team losing hours well there are other employees there that are not helpful or knowledgable. I hope to see him get more hours back there. | ||

| worst store I've ever been to in my life. Showed my ID and they wouldn't even let me in the door . Horrible service horrible staff the lady was extremely rude. Never go to this location go to any other location | ||
