| The store has a horrible manager running the store. The lady at the counter told me that they did not price match which I know for a fact that Canna cabana does and I asked her to go get the Manager. When the manager came out, she seemed defensive right off the start, Though she accused me of being defensive, I did explain that I was frustrated from the other lady, not helping me. I felt like she was quite rude to me She refused to help me or do a price check. When she didn't help me yes I was getting frustrated I did not yell or anything But I was definitely irritated that nobody seemed to be able to help me and continue to argue with me. She then proceeded to kick me out of the store, And she tried to flex her Manager power by saying that she was going to ban me from all stores in Canada, Which is Not something she can even do. She was rude and just liked the fact of having power over somebody. Somebody like this should not be managing a store at all. I would recommend going to any other canna cabana store because this one will not help you at all! |
