The only good thing about this location is the service of Jeremy, he has a good knowledge and energy. The location itself is dirty, I came 3 times in the same weekend and the same displays were knocked over and a mess, when I mentioned this the blond gentleman who seemed to be the MOD said it was a "night crew issue" when he had been working the day before when I first saw the mess. They are inconsistent in knowledge, service and awareness for their own elite deals. The reply is a lie, they were not short staffed and the display was not taken down overnight, it was a mess in the SAME way for the whole weekend, it was not changed.

Bit of a mixed review. Had a friend with no knowledge go to but a rosin vape as a gift, ended up leaving with a $79 1 gram of rosin, that was packaged in December of 2021. Thankfully, the manager did the right thing and returned it and removed the product from the floor afterwards. However, the product making it that long on the floor, as well as it somehow "accidentally" leaving the Shope in the hands of a brand new smoker who knew no better, seems at best incompetent and at worst intentionally malicious.
