| The only good thing about this location is the service of Jeremy, he has a good knowledge and energy.
The location itself is dirty, I came 3 times in the same weekend and the same displays were knocked over and a mess, when I mentioned this the blond gentleman who seemed to be the MOD said it was a "night crew issue" when he had been working the day before when I first saw the mess.
They are inconsistent in knowledge, service and awareness for their own elite deals.
The reply is a lie, they were not short staffed and the display was not taken down overnight, it was a mess in the SAME way for the whole weekend, it was not changed. |
